Untuk mengerjakan tugas ini saudara harus memilih satu perusahaan di Indonesia atau di luar negeri. Perusahaan tersebut harus perusahaan yang benar-benar ada. Asumsikan perusahaan tersebut akan membuka bisnisnya di kota Purwokerto.
Saudara diminta untuk melakukan analisa lingkungan eksternal maupun analisa lingkungan internal sebelum mereka membuka bisnisnya di Purwokerto. Pekerjaan atas tugas ini harus mengikuti format sbb:

4. External Environment Analysis:

6. Business Level Strategy
Perusahaan yang Saudara pilih harus perusahaan yang benar-benar ada. Begitu suatu perusahaan sudah dipilih oleh seorang mahasiswa, maka tidak ada mahasiswa lain (dalam kelas ini) yang boleh memilih perusahaan tersebut. Untuk itu maka segera daftarkan perusahaan yang Saudara pilih disini sebagai COMMENT. Jangan lupa menuliskan nama dan NIM Anda.

Please choose one company in Indonesia or overseas (must be a real company). Assume that company will open a business in Purwokerto. Please conduct external and internal analysis before they decide to open the business in Purwokerto. Your answer should follow the following guideline:

4. External Environment Analysis:

6. Business Level Strategy
The company you choose must be a real company. Once a company has chosen by a student, no one can choose that company anymore. That’s why you need to choose a company as soon as possible and post that company here as COMMENT along with your name and student number.
